Job Summary
- This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic client leader to take charge of the Turkey market for JPMorgan Chase Private Banking through market development, wholesale sales, and exclusive arrangements, leveraging strategies and expertise that span the full spectrum of asset classes through our global network of investment product solutions.
- Here, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute and add value to a constantly evolving and challenging M&S market as you partner with our senior leadership team and other colleagues across the front office, operations, and risk teams to help serve private clients of all asset sizes and scales.
- As a leader of new client acquisition at J.P. Morgan Private Banking, you will be responsible for front-end execution and will gain a broad overview of our consumer lending, wealth management, and financial planning services.
- This role is responsible for providing insightful customer insights.
Job Responsibilities
- We work with clients from Turkey.
- Be responsible for the design and implementation of innovative, cutting-edge business strategies that capitalize on asset opportunities for all clients.
- Grow the account's assets under management, manage and oversee business and financial products; use risk management tools to manage product risk and to manage a complex portfolio of assets and products.
- Manage each account to ensure you have a convenient supply of cash and time by carrying out maintenance and upkeep, as well as quality checks through JPMorgan for risk management purposes.
- Build a core team and effectively manage team dynamics to meet clients' expectations.
- Work with the proposed partners to serve the shared interests of clients in new and existing properties.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Significant experience in private banking within an asset management and/or wholesale and broker-dealer setting in the development and/or implementation of strategies.
- Proven background in business development and sales.
- A high-level understanding of financial strategies, banking, wealth management, clients, or industry solutions, with years of experience optimizing across various disciplines (e.g., financial planning, lending, account services, team setup/staffing, product delivery, team building).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong relationship management and team leadership skills; able to work in a variety of situations as needed.
- Experience in organizational development at companies operating within mid-sized networks (startups, BDCs, or similar) in the asset management industry, across all departments or units at various stages (merger/acquisition teams, organizational change programs), and demonstrated project and program management skills.
- A key enabler in rapidly changing business structures, partnerships, and dynamics.
- Principle in Turkish and English.
