Job Description

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and diverse team within J.P. Morgan's Swiss private bank. We are looking for exceptionally talented individuals who are collaborative, confident, and motivated to deliver a first-class experience to our clients.

Tasks

As a private banker at J.P. Morgan in Geneva, you would lead client acquisition and retention efforts by leveraging your extensive knowledge of investments, banking, trust services, and financial planning. You would also be responsible for the client experience and would ensure that our resources are utilized to create a comprehensive wealth management solution.

Responsibilities

- Generate business results and acquire new assets in Switzerland - Advise clients on their entire balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, and credit and banking needs - Collaborate with external specialists to provide clients with interdisciplinary expertise when necessary - Understand client goals and objectives to develop and implement a balance sheet investment plan - Ensure that proposed solutions align with client needs and goals in the short, medium, and long term - Strictly adhere to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures - Collaborate with other client advisors on the team to maximize team strength and achieve team goals

Requirements

- Experience in private banking, particularly in working with high-net-worth clients in Switzerland and surrounding regions - Experience in business development with expertise in client profiling, negotiation, and proactively seeking referrals - A dynamic and credible professional with clear communication and outstanding presentation skills - Strong organizational skills and a disciplined approach to business management - Experience or demonstrated knowledge in the areas of investments, banking, and fiduciary concepts - Good reputation and established network - Fluency in French and English; Italian or German is a plus

Preferred qualifications

- Experience in asset allocation or asset sales is a plus - Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification is a plus - Ability to thrive in a culture that values innovation, customer service, internal collaboration, and entrepreneurship
