Investment Advisor – Focus on Polish Clients, based in Zurich, Full-time (f/m/d)

Tasks

• Strategic investment advice and portfolio analysis: Development of customized investment proposals, comprehensive portfolio analysis, and tailored asset allocation strategies
• Client Engagement and Excellence in Presentation: Services as a trusted investment advisor for Polish-speaking clients, providing comprehensive advice across all major asset classes
• Trade Execution and Transaction Responsibility: High-quality operational and administrative support to ensure seamless execution through client-focused workflows
• Market intelligence and continuous development: Staying up to date on global market trends, emerging investment themes, product innovations, and relevant regulatory changes

Requirements

• Master’s degree in banking, finance, business administration, economics, or a related field
• CFA/CAIA/CIMA certification preferred
• Native-level proficiency in Polish and full professional proficiency in English are required
• A deep understanding of Polish business culture and society, ideally supported by prior experience with Polish clients or markets
• 3–7 years of relevant professional experience in private banking, investment advisory, or a similar financial services sector
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, self-motivated, and able to act independently
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to efficiently interpret complex financial information
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality services
• Methodical, detail-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure; capable of meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality or precision
