Tasks

The tasks include:

• Strategic Investment Consulting and Portfolio Analysis
• Preparation of customized investment proposals and analysis reports
• Research, development, and evaluation of innovative investment solutions and portfolio construction methods
• Contribution to idea generation, thematic research, and regional investment recommendations for Polish clients

Requirements

The requirements are:

• Master’s degree in banking, finance, business administration, economics, or a related field
• CIMWA holders preferred
• Native-level proficiency in Polish and full professional proficiency in English
• A deep understanding of Polish business culture and society, ideally supported by prior experience with Polish clients or markets
• 3–7 years of relevant professional experience in private banking, investment advisory, or a similar financial services firm
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, self-motivated, and able to act independently
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to efficiently interpret complex financial information
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality services
• Methodical, detail-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure; capable of meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality or accuracy
