• Sole Physical Bookrunner on the fugitive add-on to TMT (£400m);
• Sole Physical and Joint Bookrunner on the repricing of TMT's senior secured credit facilities (£1.3bn);
• Joint Bookrunner on the repricing of IQ-E2Q's TLT facilities (£980m);
• Sale of Various, a HIERENDEEL wholly owned subsidiary to Royal Unibrew (£300m);
• Capital and Debt: 100% stake in Open Gate Europe by Flixys from Macquarie (undisclosed);
• Acquisition of a 24% stake in Open Gate Europe by Flixys from Macquarie (undisclosed);
• Advisory to SIF on secured committed financing for its manufacturing facilities upgrade (£326m);
• Sale of Malmsten to Apex Group (undisclosed);
• Significant expertise in sell-side and buy-side M&A and debt/equity financings;
• HIERENDEEL's public offer for Ontex (£2.6bn);
• Acquisition of a minority stake in NortyS Fiber by PGGM and EDF (undisclosed);
