Investment Banking Analyst – Real Estate

Tasks

• Development and maintenance of complex financial models, including DCF, LBO, and trading/comparative analyses.
• Preparation and analysis of financial reports, key performance indicators, and major industry trends.
• Oversee the preparation of client presentations, investment memoranda, and deal marketing materials.
• Support in executing ongoing transactions, including process management, due diligence, negotiations, and deal structuring.
• Support in generating and developing new business opportunities through market research.
• Work more closely with senior bankers and clients, providing insights and recommendations on financial analysis.
• Coordination with external stakeholders such as legal advisors, accountants, and investment advisors.

Requirements

• Education: Strong academic background with a degree in engineering, finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. CFA certification is a plus.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages such as Portuguese, German, or Italian are highly valued.
• Soft skills:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas concisely.
