Investment Banking Analyst

Your role

• Supported in the origination and execution of investment banking transactions for corporate clients in EMEA
• Supports the main workflows of M&A, debt, and equity transactions, including due diligence, the development of financial analyses, and all client deliveries.
• effectively collaborates with teams of bankers from different groups and other stakeholders (lawyers, accountants, consultants, etc.)
• provides critical support and input during transaction negotiations as needed
• presented effectively and confidently both internally and externally
• works with colleagues across the company to provide clients with seamless transaction execution
• generates new ideas and creative approaches that drive the business forward
• makes sound and balanced judgments (always within the framework of professional, ethical, regulatory, and legal standards)

Your expertise

You have the following experience and skills:
• Previous experience in originating and executing investment banking transactions
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of financial modeling
• good understanding of banking products
• high attention to detail
• currently working as an analyst at an investment bank or similar organization
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, or a related field
