Tasks

• Leadership in the development of financial models, valuation analyses, business plans, and information memoranda
• Conducting and monitoring market and company research
• Close collaboration with senior team members on ongoing transactions and client presentations
• Active role in coordinating deal processes
• Interaction with Customers and Investors
• Guidance for junior team members during the execution process

Requirements

• 4-6 years of professional experience
• Existing familiarity with the investment banking sector, gained through academic and/or professional experience
• Previous involvement in several M&A transactions, from start to finish
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
• Self-starter with a positive outlook and a "can-do" attitude
