Investment Banking, M&A Associate (Frankfurt, Germany)

Tasks

Responsibilities include leading the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, business plans, and information memoranda, as well as conducting and overseeing market and company research. The Associate will work closely with senior team members on live transactions and client presentations, playing an active role in coordinating deal processes, interacting with clients and investors, and leading junior team members during the execution process.

Requirements

The requirements for this position are:

• 4-6 years of professional experience
• Do you have an affinity for the investment banking sector, gained through academic and/or professional experience?
• Previous involvement in several M&A transactions, from start to finish
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A self-starter with a positive attitude and a can-do mindset
