Tasks

• Overseeing the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, business plans, and information memoranda
• Conducting and monitoring market analyses and company research
• Close collaboration with experienced team members on ongoing transactions and client projects
• Active role in coordinating deal processes, interacting with clients, and managing investor relations
• Supporting and guiding junior team members during the execution process
• Helping customers successfully achieve their business goals
• Work in a dynamic team of high-level professionals with access to a growing client base and interesting projects

Requirements

• 4–6 years of professional experience
• Existing affinity for the investment banking sector, acquired through academic and/or professional experience
• Previous involvement in several M&A transactions, from start to completion
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
• An independent work style with a positive outlook and a “can-do” attitude
