Investment Banking, M&A Associate (Frankfurt, Germany)
Alantra is seeking an associate for its investment banking team in Frankfurt who has experience in M&A and will be responsible for preparing financial models, valuation analyses, and client presentations. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of professional experience and a strong background in analytics and finance.
Tasks
Responsibilities include overseeing the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, business plans, and information memoranda, as well as conducting and supervising market research and company research. Associates work closely with senior team members on live transactions and client presentations, play an active role in coordinating deal processes and interacting with clients and investors, and mentor junior team members throughout the execution process.Requirements
The requirements are:- 4-6 years of professional experience
- Existing affinity for the investment banking sector, acquired through academic and/or professional experience
- Previous involvement in several M&A transactions, from start to finish
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and a can-do mindset
