Investment Banking, M&A Associate (Frankfurt, Germany)

Tasks

Responsibilities include overseeing the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, business plans, and information memoranda, as well as conducting and supervising market research and company research. The associate will work closely with senior team members on live transactions and client presentations, playing an active role in coordinating deal processes, interacting with clients and investors, and mentoring junior team members throughout the execution process.

Requirements

The requirements are:

• 4-6 years of professional experience
• Existing affinity for the investment banking sector, acquired through academic and/or professional experience
• Previous involvement in several M&A transactions, from start to finish
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• A self-starter with a positive attitude and a can-do mindset
