Investment Banking - Banking, M&A, and Corporate Finance - Analyst - Amsterdam

Tasks

• Support with day-to-day deal execution in the area of international financing
• Collaboration with the Investment Banking Coverage and Leveraged Finance teams
• Responsibility for day-to-day financing and capital management activities, as well as ongoing operational matters
• Leading the teams for Cash Deposits, Cash Management, Loans and Mortgages, FX, and Trading
• Responsibility for managing day-to-day operations in the treasury department
• Managing a portfolio of active accounts with the goal of maximizing risk-adjusted returns
• Responsibility for global performance in the trade finance business, including payment processing, onboarding, documentation, compliance, credit granting, as well as export credit insurance and hedging activities
• Work on pricing for interest rates, currency swaps, and commodity currencies
• Support for the loan approval process, including the submission of the documents and data required for the credit review
• Responsibility for the design, development, and distribution of commercial banking treasury products

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in investment banking
• At least 3 years of professional experience after graduation in a corporate finance or M&A advisory role at a consulting firm or bank, or in a corporate finance role within the corporate development department
• Experience and background in commercial banking treasury products
• A completed degree (bachelor's or higher) in accounting or a related field
• A completed degree (bachelor's or higher) in finance or a related field
• Experience in Commercial Bank Treasury

• Solid and consistent experience in project finance or structured finance modeling
• Experience in Treasury, Commercial Investment Banking, and Corporate Finance

• Bachelor's degree in finance
