Tasks

• This position is intended for recent graduates with relevant M&A internship experience who would like to start their careers in investment banking.

Requirements

• Recently graduated or about to graduate, with a strong academic background
• Previous internship experience in the M&A field at an investment bank
• Previous experience with ongoing M&A transactions and a practical understanding of the key phases of a deal process
• Strong financial and analytical skills, with prior experience in financial modeling and valuation
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, clear communication skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Proactive, motivated, and willing to take on responsibility early on
• A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn
• Language: Native-level German and fluent English
