The position of Senior M&A Analyst in Frankfurt, Germany, offers the opportunity to gain experience in transaction execution and financial analysis. Responsibilities include:

• Assistance with the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, business plans, and information memoranda
• Conducting market and business research
• Close collaboration with experienced team members on ongoing transactions and client presentations
• Gaining experience with clients and investors throughout the entire deal process

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional experience
• Existing affinity for the investment banking sector, acquired through academic and/or professional experience
• Previous involvement in several M&A transactions, from start to finish
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• A self-starter with a positive attitude and a can-do spirit
