The position of Senior M&A Analyst in Investment Banking involves working on analyses to gain experience in transaction execution and financial analysis. Responsibilities include assisting with the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, business plans, and information memoranda, as well as conducting market and company research.

Requirements

The requirements for this position are:

• 2-4 years of professional experience
• Existing affinity for the investment banking sector, acquired through academic and/or professional experience
• Previous involvement in several M&A transactions, from start to finish
• A broad range of financial and analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• A self-starter with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude
