Job description

The position of Senior M&A Analyst in Investment Banking involves working in the analysis department with the goal of gaining experience in transaction execution and financial analysis. Responsibilities include assisting with the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, business plans, and information memoranda, as well as conducting market and company research.

Tasks

• Assistance with the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, business plans, and information memoranda
• Conducting market and business research
• Close collaboration with experienced team members on ongoing transactions and client presentations

Requirements

The requirements for this position are:

• 2-4 years of professional experience
• Existing affinity for the investment banking sector, acquired through academic and/or professional experience
• Previous involvement in several M&A transactions, from start to finish
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• A self-starter with a positive attitude and a can-do mindset
