Job description

The role focuses on analysis to prepare transaction reports and financial analyses. Responsibilities include assisting with the development of financial models, valuation analyses, business plans, and information memoranda, as well as conducting market research and company analyses. Analysts work closely with experienced team members on ongoing transactions and client presentations to gain experience interacting with clients and investors throughout the deal process.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional experience
• Existing affinity for the investment banking sector, acquired through academic and/or professional experience
• Previous involvement in several M&A transactions, from start to finish
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A self-starter with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude
