Job description

This role is ideal for analysts looking to gain experience in transaction execution and financial analysis. Responsibilities include assisting with the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, business plans, and information memoranda, as well as conducting market research and company research. Analysts will work closely with experienced team members on live transactions and client presentations, thereby interacting with both clients and investors throughout the deal process.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional experience
• Existing affinity for the investment banking sector, acquired through academic and/or professional experience
• Previous involvement in several M&A transactions, from start to finish
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A self-starter with a positive attitude and a "can-do" spirit
