Role Description
- The position is open to one analyst or associate-level candidate with 2–4 years of professional experience on the client side.
- The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks across simultaneous deal flows.
- Analysts will work closely with senior team members on financial models, valuations, and client presentations, gaining exposure to both clients and investors throughout the deal process.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional experience
- Existing familiarity with the investment banking sector gained through academic or professional experience
- Prior experience in mid-market M&A transactions from start to finish
- Ability to identify and evaluate opportunities
- Data-Driven Decision Making
- Strong organizational skills
