Tasks

• End-to-End Responsibility for Transactions
• Active coordination across various deal workstreams
• Direct interaction with senior stakeholders
• Contribution to Origination Efforts
• Deepening Sector Expertise
• Strengthening the team's position within the investment banking landscape

Requirements

• 6–9 years of relevant professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related consulting roles
• Demonstrated affinity for the sector, developed through an academic background and/or professional experience
• Proven track record in leading and executing multiple M&A transactions from initiation through to completion
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Strong teamwork skills, along with the confidence to interact with senior clients and stakeholders
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability
