Tasks

The role involves comprehensive responsibility for transactions, active coordination of due diligence processes, and direct interaction with senior stakeholders. In addition, there is a strong business development component that offers the opportunity to contribute to deal origination, deepen industry expertise, and further strengthen the team’s position in the investment banking sector.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of relevant professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related consulting roles
• Proven industry expertise, gained through an academic background and/or transaction experience
• Proven track record in leading and executing multiple M&A transactions from inception through to completion
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• An effective team player with the ability to interact with senior clients and stakeholders
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
