The successful candidate will be responsible for leading transactions from conception through to execution and will actively participate in business development.

Tasks

The role involves financial analysis. You will be responsible for managing transactions from start to finish, actively coordinating due diligence processes, and interacting directly with senior stakeholders. In addition, there is a strong business development component that offers you the opportunity to contribute to deal origination, deepen your industry knowledge, and further strengthen the team’s positioning in the investment banking sector.

Requirements

  • 6–9 years of relevant professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related consulting roles
  • Proven industry expertise, gained through academic background and/or transaction experience
  • Proven track record in leading and executing multiple M&A transactions from inception through to completion
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • An effective team player with the ability to interact with senior clients and stakeholders
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
