Job description

The position of Investment Banking VP, M&A in Frankfurt, Germany, requires end-to-end transaction ownership, active coordination of due diligence processes, and direct interaction with senior stakeholders. In addition, there is a significant business development component, offering the opportunity to contribute to deal origination, deepen industry expertise, and further strengthen the team’s positioning within the investment banking landscape.

Requirements

The requirements for this position are:

• 6–9 years of relevant professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related consulting roles
• Demonstrable industry expertise, gained through an academic background and/or transaction experience
• Proven experience in managing and executing M&A transactions from inception through to completion
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• An effective team player with the ability to interact with senior clients and stakeholders
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
