Investment Banking Vice President, M&A (Frankfurt, Germany)
Alantra is seeking a VP for M&A in Frankfurt with 6–9 years of experience in investment banking who can independently manage transactions from inception to close. The role involves coordinating due diligence processes, advanced financial modeling, as well as active business development and client relations.
Tasks
- End-to-End Responsibility for Transactions
- Active coordination of due diligence processes
- A key aspect of business development with the opportunity to contribute to new business acquisition
- Deepening Industry Knowledge
- Further developing the team's positioning within the investment banking landscape
- Financial Analysis
Requirements
- 6–9 years of relevant professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or similar consulting roles
- Proven affinity for the industry, developed through an academic background and/or experience
- Proven track record in leading and executing multiple M&A transactions from inception through completion
- Advanced skills in financial modeling and analysis
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- An effective team player with the confidence to interact with senior clients and stakeholders
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
