Investment Banking Vice President, M&A (Milan, Italy)

Main Responsibilities

• Leverage technical insights, execution capabilities, and transaction structuring.
• Support the negotiation phases alongside senior team members.
• Ensure that timelines are met and that execution risks are proactively managed.

Client Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the execution phases.
• Maintain regular communication and provide strategic input throughout the process.
• Prepare for and lead client meetings and status calls.

Team Leadership

• Supervise and mentor Associates and Analysts.
• Ensure high standards of analytical rigor and presentation quality.
• Allocate tasks efficiently and manage the team's workload.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction services, or similar advisory roles.
• A proven track record of leading transaction execution processes.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling and valuation.
• A solid understanding of transaction documentation and deal structuring.
• Experience managing junior team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
