Investment Banking Vice President, M&A (Milan, Italy)

Tasks

• Ensuring a thorough analysis of processes, valuations, and transaction structuring.
• Supporting the negotiation phases in collaboration with senior team members.
• Ensuring adherence to schedules and proactively managing execution risks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation phases.
• Maintaining regular communication and providing strategic input throughout the entire process.
• Preparing and leading client meetings and update calls.
• Supervising and mentoring associates and analysts.
• Ensuring high standards in terms of analytical rigor and presentation quality.
• Efficient task allocation and management of team workload.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory, or similar consulting roles.
• A proven track record in managing transaction execution processes.
• Extensive expertise in financial modeling and valuation.
• In-depth knowledge of transaction documentation and deal structuring.
• Experience managing junior team members.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
