Investment Banking Vice President, M&A (Milan, Italy)

Tasks

- Overseeing financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction structures. - Assisting with negotiations alongside experienced team members. - Ensuring that timelines and execution risks are proactively managed.

Customer Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phases. - Maintain regular communication and provide strategic input throughout the process. - Prepare and lead client meetings and update calls.

Team Leadership

- Supervising and mentoring associates and analysts. - Ensuring high standards of analytical rigor and presentation quality. - Efficient task allocation and workload management.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction services, or similar consulting roles.
• A proven track record in managing transaction execution processes.
• Extensive expertise in financial modeling and valuation.
• A solid understanding of transaction documentation and deal structuring.
• Experience in managing junior team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
