Investment Banking Vice President, M&A (Milan, Italy)

Tasks

• Oversees financial modeling, valuation analyses, and transaction structuring.
• Assists with negotiation phases alongside experienced team members.
• Ensures that schedules and execution risks are managed proactively.

Customer Management

• Serves as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation phases.
• Maintains regular communication and provides strategic input throughout the process.
• Prepares and leads client meetings and update calls.

Team Leadership

• Supervises and mentors associates and analysts.
• Ensures that high standards of analytical rigor and presentation quality are maintained.
• Efficiently assigns tasks and manages teamwork.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction services, or similar consulting roles.
• A proven track record in managing transaction execution processes.
• Extensive expertise in financial modeling and valuation.
• A solid understanding of transaction documentation and deal structuring.
• Experience in managing junior team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
