Investment Banking Vice President, M&A (Milan, Italy)

• Monitoring of financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction structuring
• Support during negotiation phases alongside experienced team members
• Ensuring that schedules and execution risks are managed proactively

Customer Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation phases
• Regular communication and strategic input throughout the process
• Preparing and leading client meetings and update calls

Team Leadership

• Supervising and mentoring associates and analysts
• Ensuring high standards of analytical rigor and presentation quality
• Efficient task allocation and team workload management

Requirements

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction services, or similar consulting roles
• Proven track record in managing transaction execution processes
• Extensive expertise in financial modeling and valuation
• Solid understanding of transaction documentation and deal structuring
• Experience in managing junior team members
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
