The Investment Communication Specialist creates high-quality content for Bank J. Safra Sarasin's Asset Management Division and supports communication with key stakeholders. The main tasks include creating investment and marketing content, editing fund reports and supporting marketing campaigns.

Your role
As an Investment Communication Specialist at our bank, you will be a creative, self-starter and team-oriented individual who delivers high-quality investment and marketing content, producing clear, engaging and accurate materials that support our Asset Management division and connect with key stakeholders across multiple channels.Your tasks
- Partner with investment experts to turn expertise and supporting materials into clear, compelling investment and leadership content
- Editing and refining fund reporting for consistency, clarity, style and compliance
- Designing investment content for effective delivery on digital channels
- Supporting transnational marketing campaigns and PR activities with compelling editorial content
- Act as a key point of contact for PR agencies to coordinate input and ensure effective content distribution
- Ensure that all content complies with regulatory requirements (including ESMA)
- Support other writing, editing or marketing-related projects as needed
Your profile
- University degree in business administration, languages, communication or other relevant disciplines
- At least 5 years of practical experience in investment writing, digital marketing or financial journalism
- Strong understanding of financial markets and asset classes is required
- Experience with AEM and Sprinklr as well as an affinity for using AI tools to support content creation, improvement of tools and processes is an advantage
- Excellent editing, proofreading and writing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and go the extra mile and willingness to take responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Ability to adapt and innovate in a fast-paced communications environment
- Fluency in English and very good knowledge of German, fluency in French is an advantage
