Tasks

• Preparation of investment-related publications for clients and internal stakeholders
• Managing and executing ad hoc reports for direct client organizations and internal stakeholders
• Content and process management: Overseeing the entire process of post-sales documentation management and production to ensure timely delivery and strict adherence to deadlines. Working closely with portfolio management and cross-functional stakeholders within the bank.
• Creating product presentations: Play an active role in creating compelling product presentations; define coherent storylines and content in collaboration with product specialists, adhering to company guidelines, tone, and brand standards.
• Promotional communications: Contribute to the development of marketing communications output, including campaigns, intranet articles, website content, advertisements, and webcast scripts to increase customer loyalty and brand awareness.
• Strategic representation: Acting as a trusted sparring partner who consistently reflects the perspective of the CIO office while maintaining its characteristic tone across all content and channels.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in financial communications or investor relations, preferably within banking or broader financial services
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English (ideally native speaker) with a proven track record in financial content development and editorial work; experience in investment writing is desirable; knowledge of German is a plus.
• Comprehensive understanding of and genuine interest in finance-related topics, markets, and financial instruments
• Team player who thrives in an international environment, with proven ability to manage projects and stakeholders
• Self-motivated professional with a proactive mindset; able to take full responsibility for tasks
