Investment Communications Specialist

Your role

As an Investment Communications Specialist at J. Safra Sarasin, you are a creative self-starter and a team player. You produce high-quality investment and marketing content. In doing so, you collaborate with our asset management division and engage with key stakeholders across multiple channels.

Your tasks

• Partner with investment professionals to transform specialized services in the areas of investment advisory and asset management for private and institutional clients
• Edit and refine fund reports for consistency, clarity, style, and compliance
• Create investment content for effective distribution across digital channels
• Support cross-regional marketing campaigns and PR activities with compelling editorial content
• Ensure that all content complies with regulatory requirements (including ESMA)
• Support other writing, editing, or marketing projects as needed

Your profile

• Higher education (university or university of applied sciences) in business, languages, communication, or other relevant disciplines, with 3 years of practical experience in investment writing, digital marketing, or financial journalism
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and asset classes, combined with excellent editorial, proofreading, and writing skills. Experience with AEM and Sprinklr, as well as an affinity for using AI tools to support content creation and improve tools and processes, is a plus.
• The ability to work under pressure, rise to the challenge, and take on responsibility, combined with the ability to adapt and innovate in a dynamic communications environment
• Fluency in English and German; fluency in French is a plus
