Job description

Tasks

• Coordination with global teams on investment controlling related activities;
• Relationship management across a wide range of internal teams and stakeholders;
• Monitoring and analysis of investment-related activities for various private equity programs;
• Reconciliation of monthly valuations as prepared by the management company;
• Monitoring and maintaining the work of external service providers;
• Preparation of periodic reports for private equity programs;
• Forecasting, effective cash management and performance measurement of private equity funds, fulfillment of ad hoc and regular requests from investors;
• Active participation in the implementation of various projects and initiatives.

Requirements

Essential requirements

• Degree in accounting or finance;
• 3+ years of experience in the private equity industry with experience in investment controlling, portfolio performance monitoring and reporting;
• Previous experience coordinating/managing external 3rd party fund administrators, including reviewing 3rd party work;
• Strong IT skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel);
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills;
• Detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated with the ability to meet demanding deadlines;
• Challenging mindset with a desire to understand the impact of various investment transactions on private equity programs.
