Investment Data Reporting Analyst (Fixed Term Contract 12 Months)

Job description

The Private Markets Financial Operations team is seeking a highly motivated candidate to join the Investment Data Reporting team. The Investment Data Reporting team focuses on the collection of investment data and performs analysis of financial reports received from underlying private equity fund managers.

Tasks

• Takeover of the investment data collection, analysis and reporting process;
• Analyze financial reports received from underlying private equity fund managers and collect data points for reporting purposes;

Requirements

• Degree in accounting or finance;
• Previous work experience or exposure in finance or fund industry, preferably in accounting, controlling or fund audit experience an asset;
• Work experience with Excel, VBA knowledge or experience and/or previous work experience with Investran a plus;
• Fluency in English is a must;
• Performing in an environment with high expectations and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent attention to detail, completing all tasks in a thorough and conscientious manner; and
• Strong time management skills, adapting to dynamic situations and priorities.
