Tasks

• Screening: Identifying and recruiting high-potential technology companies that are in line with our investment strategy. Networking with founders, co-investors, advisors, etc. and representing the investment team at conferences
• Supporting portfolio companies to maximize value creation, including board participation
• Supporting portfolio management with portfolio construction, risk and liquidity management boards

Requirements

• Master's degree and/or doctorate in natural sciences, medicine or medical technology
• Additional training in corporate finance, business administration or management, such as an MBA
• 15+ years of relevant experience, including at least 10 years of investment experience in venture capital or corporate venture investments in HealthTech with a proven track record of success
• Extensive board experience, value creation and successful exit strategies
• Strong network in the healthcare and technology sector in Switzerland and preferably also in Europe
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to combine strategic thinking and hands-on execution, and with exceptional analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• High degree of flexibility, ability to work in a team and overcome multiple challenges
• Fluent in English and good communication skills in German
