Investment Office Specialist (m/f/d)

Liberty Vorsorge AG is seeking an experienced Investment Office Specialist (m/f/d) for its Seewen-Schwyz location, who will focus on reviewing portfolios and investment proposals as well as risk monitoring. The ideal candidate will have experience in portfolio management and/or fund analysis as well as knowledge of investment controlling and risk management.

Job description

For our Seewen-Schwyz location, we are looking for an experienced Investment Office Specialist (m/f/d) to join our Investment Office team with immediate effect or by agreement.

Tasks and area of responsibility

Your duties and responsibilities include:
  • Review of portfolios for compliance with the investment strategy/BVV2 guidelines (after-trade checks)
  • Review and analysis of asset managers' investment proposals (model portfolios) for compliance with the investment strategy/BVV2 guidelines (pre-trade checks)
  • Support with risk management for the investments of all foundations
  • Automate and optimize all control processes in the context of the value chain in the investment sector

Your profile

Your profile should meet the following requirements:
  • University degree/technical college degree or subject-specific further training such as CIIA or CFA
  • Several years of experience in the investment sector, specifically in portfolio management and/or fund analysis
  • Very good knowledge of securities in various asset classes, particularly investment funds and investment foundations
  • Experience in investment controlling and/or risk management is an advantage
  • Structured approach with high quality standards
  • Affinity for working with programming languages such as VBA or Python
  • Experience with the Finnova or Avaloq core banking system
