Investment Operations Analyst

Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Investment Operations Analyst to join our Alternative Investment Funds (AIFM) team in Dublin.

Tasks

• Support in the preparation of board reports for private market structures.
• Coordination with the Corporate Finance team for monthly closing, annual budgeting and fee calculations.
• Communication with important internal stakeholders in the company.
• Participation in cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in finance, accounting or a related field.
• 2-5 years experience in financial services, investment operations or accounting - ideally with experience in private markets or fund administration.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with eagerness to understand investment structures and fee mechanisms.
• Very organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Excel is essential; knowledge of Power BI, Power Query or Power Pivot is a plus.
