Investment Operations Specialist - Transaction Management, Private Markets Operations

Job description

We are looking for an Investment Operations Specialist who is highly motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented and has a strong team spirit. We work in a very dynamic and collaborative environment and this role requires extensive communication and coordination both internally with our relationship managers, legal, tax and investment teams as well as externally with various client partners.

Tasks

• You will work with external general partners to coordinate transfers and ensure that any timing or process issues are managed and escalated appropriately.
• You will compile and provide AML/KYC documents for the relevant entities to the General Partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
• At least 7 years' experience in a similar role in the financial industry, preferably in asset management and ideally with project management experience.
• Fluency in English (written and oral), knowledge of German is an advantage.
• High level of initiative and attention to detail, with a clear focus on customer service.
• You work well in a team and also have a strong ability to work independently, take responsibility for different tasks and commit to them.
