Investment Operations Specialist
The position of Investment Operations Specialist involves supporting operational tasks, particularly in the investment area, as well as monitoring and coordinating fund and client matters. The focus is on the preparation of documents, analyses and reports as well as cooperation with internal and external partners.
Job Title: Investment Operations Specialist (80-100%)
Your tasks:
- Preparation of due diligence documents and client reports
- Preparation of fund analyses and client statements
- Monitoring of NAV valuations, subscriptions/redemptions and liquidity
- Coordination with fund management companies, custodian banks and administrations
- Data and process management in collaboration with IT and partners
- Project planning and coordination of internal and external participants
- Maintenance of marketing and sales documents
- Supporting portfolio management with operational tasks
