Investment Products Controller

Job description

The Alternative Investment Operations team is looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Investment Products Controller.

Tasks

• Preparation of pre-investment restriction checklists
• Summary of investment proposal documentation
• Support with regulatory and compliance reporting across the full range of investment products
• Preparation of quarterly fee invoices for investment programs
• Support in the preparation of reports for private markets program boards
• Coordination with the local corporate finance team regarding fee submissions for monthly, annual and quarterly fees.

Requirements

• Degree in accounting or finance or a similar qualification
• Challenging and analytical mindset with a desire to understand the impact of various investments and fee-related transactions on private equity programs
• 3-5 years experience in a role in the financial industry
• Experience in the alternative investments or fund industry is an advantage
• Highly organized and able to meet deadlines while working autonomously
• Excellent MS Excel skills, e.g. Power BI, Power Pivot, Power Query
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Ability and willingness to participate in all team activities (small team, therefore varying tasks)
• Strong interest in the broader investment environment
