Tasks
Product Development & Support
- Assistance in the development and improvement of investment products such as structured notes, investment funds and customized solutions.
- Carrying out market and competition analyses to identify trends, gaps and opportunities.
- Preparation of business cases, product documentation and approval materials.
Portfolio & Risk Management
- Contact with internal and external portfolio managers to support investment decisions.
- Monitoring asset allocation and supporting rebalancing measures in line with clients' investment policy statements.
- function as the first line of defense in risk management to ensure operational and regulatory compliance.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, risk, operations and finance teams to support product delivery.
- Partner with relationship managers and client advisors to gather feedback and refine offerings.
- Representing the investment product function in governance forums and strategic planning meetings.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensuring compliance with BSNAML, AML and Bank Secrecy Act regulations.
- Maintenance of accurate documentation and support for audit and compliance reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in the investment industry, preferably in product development or portfolio support.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, investment vehicles and regulatory frameworks.
- Advanced interpersonal and influence management skills.
- Outstanding analytical and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Portuguese and/or Spanish preferred.
