Tasks

Product Development & Support

• Assistance in the development and improvement of investment products such as structured notes, investment funds and customized solutions.
• Carrying out market and competition analyses to identify trends, gaps and opportunities.
• Preparation of business cases, product documentation and approval materials.

Portfolio & Risk Management

• Contact with internal and external portfolio managers to support investment decisions.
• Monitoring asset allocation and supporting rebalancing measures in line with clients' investment policy statements.
• function as the first line of defense in risk management to ensure operational and regulatory compliance.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with legal, compliance, risk, operations and finance teams to support product delivery.
• Partner with relationship managers and client advisors to gather feedback and refine offerings.
• Representing the investment product function in governance forums and strategic planning meetings.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensuring compliance with BSNAML, AML and Bank Secrecy Act regulations.
• Maintenance of accurate documentation and support for audit and compliance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in the investment industry, preferably in product development or portfolio support.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, investment vehicles and regulatory frameworks.
• Advanced interpersonal and influence management skills.
• Outstanding analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese and/or Spanish preferred.
