Description

The Investment Products Team Lead is responsible for the strategic direction, lifecycle management and digital evolution of investment products tailored to high-net-worth and institutional clients. This role combines product ownership and will drive innovation across mobile and web platforms by aligning product strategy with business objectives and digital engagement metrics.

Main tasks

Product responsibility & digital strategy

• Takes ownership of the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for the investment product suite, including structured notes, funds and bespoke solutions.
• Leads digital investment channels (e.g. mobile apps, web platforms) with a focus on user experience, engagement and NPS.
• Defines and tracks OKRs, success metrics and P&L performance across digital and product areas.
• Applies agile methodologies and experimentation frameworks to accelerate delivery and innovation.

Leadership & Organizational Influence

• Promotes a culture of responsibility, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Represents the investment product function in governance forums and strategic planning.

Cross-functional collaboration

• Works with investment, legal, risk, operations and technology teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Acts as a liaison between departments, influences priorities and aligns stakeholders.
• Works with bankers and client-facing teams to gather feedback and refine offerings.

Governance, compliance & performance

• Ensures that all products meet internal and external regulatory standards.
• Maintains robust documentation and audit trails for product approvals and changes.
• Monitors product performance and customer satisfaction, initiates improvements where necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in investment product development, digital channels or structured solutions.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, investment vehicles and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven leadership skills in managing large, cross-functional teams and agile delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese and/or Spanish preferred.
