Tasks
Product Ownership & Digital Strategy
- Ownership of the strategy and roadmap for the investment product suite, including structured notes, funds and bespoke solutions.
- Management of digital investment channels (e.g. mobile apps, web platforms) with a focus on user experience, engagement and NPS.
- Define and track OKRs, success criteria and P&L performance across digital and product areas.
- Application of agile methods and experimentation frameworks to accelerate delivery and innovation.
Leadership & Organizational Impact
- Promoting a culture of responsibility, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Representing the investment product function in governance forums and strategic planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with investment, legal, risk, operations and technology teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Acting as a liaison between departments, influencing priorities and aligning stakeholders.
- Work with bankers and client-facing teams to gather feedback and refine offerings.
Governance, Compliance & Performance
- Ensuring that all products meet internal and external regulatory standards.
- Maintenance of robust documentation and audit trails for product approvals and changes.
- Monitoring product performance and customer satisfaction, initiating improvements where necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in developing investment products, digital channels or structured solutions.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, investment vehicles and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven leadership skills in managing large, cross-functional teams and agile delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; Portuguese and/or Spanish preferred.
