You will support a team of client advisors in all aspects of day-to-day business, while remaining mindful of the confidential nature of private banking clients. This role also involves communicating with clients. You will work in a team-oriented environment alongside client advisors, client service specialists, integrated team members, and operations and technology teams to handle client inquiries. You should be passionate about client service and use your communication and relationship management skills to ensure an exceptional level of client satisfaction.Responsibilities
- Monitoring customer accounts and providing support for day-to-day account management
- Document Management (Alternatives, Suitability, Investment Parameters, OTC, etc.)
- Advising on and brokering trading transactions, as well as overseeing the daily processing of such transactions
- Communication with the Operations, Customer Service Specialist, Compliance, Risk Management, and Investor Support teams
- Establishment of discretionary portfolios
- Processing of alternative orders
- Monitoring of portfolio risk management for investment purposes, regulatory purposes, and other compliance requirements
- Internal account management and coverage management, as well as internal financial reports
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in finance, law, or a related field (or equivalent)
- Fluent English
- Expertise in PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Independent, extremely organized, and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
