JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Investment Professional in Geneva to work as part of a team of client advisors and deliver a first-class experience to clients. The role involves assisting with day-to-day business operations, communicating with clients, and managing client accounts.

Tasks

You will support a team of client advisors in all aspects of day-to-day business, while remaining mindful of the confidential nature of private banking clients. This role involves client communication. You will work in a team-oriented environment alongside client advisors, client service specialists, integrated team members, and operations and technology teams to fulfill client requests. You should be passionate about client service and use your communication and relationship management skills to ensure an exceptional level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer accounts and assist with daily account management
  • Document Management (Alternatives, Suitability, Investment Parameters, OTC, etc.)
  • Advising on and brokering trading transactions, as well as overseeing the daily processing of such transactions
  • Communication with operations, customer service, compliance, risk management, and investor relations teams
  • Building discretionary portfolios
  • Processing of Alternative Orders
  • Risk management monitoring of portfolios for investment purposes, regulatory purposes, and other compliance matters
  • Internal account management and coverage management, as well as internal financial reports

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in finance, law, or a related field (or equivalent)
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Independent, extremely organized, and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
  • Good judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
