Investment Professional - Geneva

Job Summary

As an Investment Professional in Geneva, you will support a team of Client Advisors in all aspects of day-to-day business, while remaining mindful of the confidential nature of private banking clients. This role also involves communicating with clients. You will work in a team-oriented environment alongside Client Advisors, Client Service Specialists, integrated team members, and Operations and Technology teams to fulfill client requests. You should be passionate about customer service and use your communication and relationship management skills to ensure an exceptional level of client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

- Monitoring client accounts and assisting with daily account management - Document management (alternatives, eligibility, investment parameters, OTC, etc.) - Executing trade orders and conducting daily oversight of trade settlement - Communicating with Operations, Client Service Specialists, Compliance, Risk Management, and support teams - Assisting business analysts in preparing, reviewing, and approving investment performance presentations for investors to deliver to clients - Developing marketing pitches and investment ideas or products, as well as preparing and reviewing prospectuses/banking products - Risk management monitoring of portfolios for investment, regulatory, and other compliance purposes - Internal account administration and hedging management, as well as internal financial reporting

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, law, or a related field (or equivalent) - Fluent in English - Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required - Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal - Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy - Good judgment and problem-solving skills - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
