Investment Professional - Geneva

Job Summary

As an Investment Professional in Geneva, you will support a team of Client Advisors in all aspects of day-to-day business, while remaining mindful of the confidential nature of private banking clients. This role also involves communicating with clients. You will work in a team-oriented environment alongside Client Advisors, Client Service Specialists, integrated team members, and Operations and Technology teams to handle client inquiries. You should be passionate about customer service and use your communication and relationship management skills to ensure an exceptional level of client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

- Monitoring client accounts and assisting with daily account management - Document management (alternatives, eligibility, investment parameters, OTC, etc.) - Execution of trade orders and daily oversight of trade settlement - Communication with Operations, Client Service Specialists, Supervisory Management, Risk Management, and Support Teams - Assisting Business Analysts in preparing, reviewing, and approving investment performance presentations for investors to deliver to clients Assisting with the development of marketing pitches and investment ideas, as well as prospectus and banking product pitches - Risk management monitoring of portfolios for investment purposes, regulatory purposes, and other compliance matters - Internal account administration and hedging management, as well as internal financial reporting

Requirements, Skills, and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, law, or a related field (or equivalent) - Fluent in English - Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required - Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal - Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy - Good judgment and problem-solving skills - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
