Tasks

As an Investment Professional in Geneva, you will support a team of client advisors in all aspects of day-to-day business, while remaining mindful of the confidential nature of private banking clients. This role also involves communicating with clients. You will work in a team-oriented environment alongside client advisors, client service specialists, integrated team members, and operations and technology teams to fulfill client requests. You will have a passion for client service and will use your communication and relationship management skills to ensure an exceptional level of client satisfaction.

areas of responsibility

  • Monitoring customer accounts and providing support for day-to-day account management
  • Document Management (Alternatives, Suitability, Investment Parameters, OTC, etc.)
  • Advisory and brokerage account trading and daily control over trade execution
  • Communication with Operations, Customer Service Specialists, Supervisory Management, Risk Management, and Support Teams
  • Assisting business analysts in preparing, reviewing, and approving investment performance presentations for investors, in order to deliver them to clients
  • Development of marketing pitches and investment pitch presentations
  • Preparation and review of brochures and pitches for banking products
  • Risk management monitoring of portfolios for investment purposes, regulatory purposes, and other compliance matters
  • Internal account management and coverage management, as well as internal financial reports

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in finance, law, or a related field (or equivalent)
  • Fluent English
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy
  • Good judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
