Investment Professional - Geneva

Job description

As an Investment Professional in Geneva, you will be part of a team that supports Client Advisors in all aspects of day-to-day business, while respecting the confidentiality of private banking clients. This role also involves communicating with clients. You will work in a team-oriented environment alongside Client Advisors, Client Service Specialists, integrated team members, and Operations and Technology teams to handle client inquiries. You should be passionate about client service and utilize your communication and relationship management skills to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

Tasks

• Monitoring of customer accounts and assistance with day-to-day account management
• Document Management (Alternatives, Suitability, Investment Parameters, OTC, etc.)
• Execution of trading orders and daily monitoring of the settlement of trading transactions
• Communication with Operations, Client Service Specialists, Supervisory Management, Risk Management, and Support Teams
• Assisting business analysts in preparing, reviewing, and approving presentations on investment performance for investors
• Development of marketing pitches and investment ideas, as well as prospectus and banking product pitches
• Monitoring of portfolio risk management for investment purposes, regulatory purposes, and other compliance matters
• Internal account management and coverage management, as well as internal financial reports

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in finance, law, or a related field (or equivalent)
• Fluent English
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is required
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Independence, exceptional organizational skills, and attention to detail, coupled with a strong commitment to accuracy
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
